My Dentist visit

Dr. Lin is just amazing. He certainly knows what he's doing. He listens to all my wishes very carefully and is so friendly and professional. I couldn't ask for a better dentist.

I needed an emergency appointment and received friendly and quick service.

I don't have insurance and haven't been to a dentist in about a year. Found Hercules Dental Care online with great ratings so I figured I'd pay them a visit. The person cleaning my teeth gave me a very detailed run down on the condition of my teeth/mouth, and what I needed to do to keep it in good condition. I've been to over 5 dentist in about 5 years and this was the only place where someone actually went into detail with why flossing is important. Not only does it get rid of plaque, if done correctly, it promotes good gums and bones that hold your teeth. Maybe most people don't care for the detail but I did, and I appreciated their time. Thank you Hercules Dental :)

I was having extreme pain and needed a Dentist asap, I had called several Dentist and Hercules got me in the same day. I had a bad infection and they performed the root canal right then! Everybody was so nice! I would def recommend them!

I had been in college for five years and surviving without dental insurance. I graduated in the Summer and in the fall in started working full time with great benefits. The first thing I did was make a dentist appointment. Once the results came I had about 9 cavities. I had to break the time into two appointments. On both appointments both doctors I had were very comforting and professional. They knew exactly what they were doing and they were very personable they made me feel very safe and secure. They are very patient and concerned. I would highly recommend coming to this establishment.

Hercules As lady in a wheelchair, it has been many years I searched for a dentist to accommodate me in my condition. I finally discover Hercules Dental Care, and I am thrilled to say they have made my visit comfortable and rewarding. Everyone there has been most attentive to my needs. I am very grateful to you all!

Concord What a pleasant experience - something you usually don't say about going to a Dentist's Office - right? From the initial inquiry via phone - through the actual visit, the personnel here are superb, and make your experience as pleasant as a visit to a dentist could ever be.

My son went into to have his teeth cleaned and had xrays. Dentist noticed that he had an impacted molar and wisdom teeth that needed to be removed. He also recommended an orthodontist consult because his upper jaw is too narrow and causing his teeth to not grow in properly. They are overcrowded. The dentist explained everything and the staff called the orthodontist and got us in within an hour. They also will pull the wisdom teeth within 2 weeks. Awesome service and follow through.I highly recommend Dr. Douglas Lin and his entire staff. They are always friendly and helpful.

Comprehensive dental restoration

Hercules I first came in with an emergency situation needing an extraction. Xrays and exam revealed a much more extensive need, mainly pulling all teeth and doing implant program. A shock for sure, but otherwise the problem would continue till corrected anyway. I appreciate your working with me on a cash basis for each appointment till the work is done. Gloria is so very helpful explaining everything to me as we go!

A wonderful welcome
My experience from the first time into Hercules Dental definately was very enjoyable receptive from the entire Dental Staff. I personally love the television throughout the rooms. My only complaint is that I didn't know about Hercules Dental long time ago! I would definitely refer others, so they can enjoy the same, if not a better experience as I did! Keep up the excellent team work! Looking forward to my next appointment!

Great dental office
This office really care for their patients. They take their time because they are very meticulous about their work and definitely do the best job they can. Ask for Sylvia when you need a cleaning. She is very gentle and really care for the patients well being. Dr. Sophie Chen and Dr. Douglas Lin are exceptional dentists! Very welcoming receptionists too.

Your procedures and staff are the most caring and professional dental practice I have ever experienced.
